Hello and welcome to my web site!

My research focuses on institutional and organizational change efforts in educational and nonprofit organizations, including municipal and state social welfare programs; teacher professionalization; school reform; philanthropy; and the racial wealth divide. 

I currently serve as Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership at Stockton University. I am an Associate Researcher with the Center on Assets, Education, and Inclusion at the University of Michigan. 

I am Affiliated Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education where I teach courses on the politics of school reform in the Urban Teacher Residency Program, dissertation seminars in the Mid-Career Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership, and schools as organizations in the M.S.Ed. in Education Entrepreneurship. 

From 2022-2025 I served as Assistant Professor of Education at Neumann University, where I taught courses on research design, contemporary issues in education and educational leadership, academic writing, and served as the qualitative methodologist on doctoral dissertation committees. I also served as the Co-Chair of the Institutional Review Board.
